What better start to the year than to share that we have a new Team Leader in the team of ELBOW- Kostadin Dimitrov. His team works in the destinations Germany, Austria, France and Italy. A key focus in Kostadin's daily working life is the development of the German region, with a serious focus on the commercial part and the search for new business.
Kostadin has been part of the company since 2021 and in less than 4 years he has been able to walk the path from forwarder to specialist who has the knowledge and skills to train colleagues and develop the talents of ELBOW. He helped prepare our training methodology, which we follow when introducing all new members of the ELBOW.
Thanks to his dedication and responsibility, Kostadin manages not only to keep track of all the innovations in the industry, but also to give ideas for automating the work process.
