SIKO goes entirely to electronic work files

IN ELBOWWe digitized the HR system. Thus, we completely switch to electronic management of labor files and documentation related to human resources. We believe that in this way we will provide all colleagues in the company not only a better opportunity to manage their personal archive as employees, but also much more transparency.

 

The digitalization of the HR system is part of our overall strategy in ELBOWfor the next two years to automate and digitize as much as possible our processes not only of work and management, but also of communication with partners and suppliers. Last but not least, with this change, we are fully prepared for the complete transition of electronic labor files provided by the Labor Code by the end of 2026.

 

The electronic HR system allows information to be grouped in one place, and its management from now on will be easy and fast, at any time and from any point. Fully digitized and without the need to use unnecessary paper, thanks to the electronization, each member of our team can access in real time their own profile, the structure of the team and the company, basic work processes, as well as planned trainings, team-building, vacations.

 

With the new way of managing work records ELBOWgives every employee the option to plan and declare their leave more effectively, to monitor their monthly pay, compensation or benefits, to plan maternity or paternity as necessary, and to have access to all important HR documents related to our corporate policy and our internal code of ethics.

 

Digitalization of the HR system in ELBOWwill bring even more transparency to employees, facilitate the administrative work of our team leaders and, last but not least, significantly optimize the resource for managing HR processes in the company.
